How to Become an Instructor

1. Submit Your Application
Start by filling out our online application form. Provide detailed information about your educational background, professional experience, and the subject(s) you are interested in teaching. Include any relevant certifications or qualifications.
2. Provide a Teaching Demo
To assess your teaching style and effectiveness, we request a short video demonstration. This demo should showcase your ability to explain a topic clearly and engage learners. It can be a recording of a previous class or a new presentation specifically created for your application.
3. Interview with Our Team
Qualified candidates will be invited for an interview with our academic team. During the interview, we will discuss your teaching philosophy, experience, and how you plan to contribute to the UThink Academy community.
